3 cups milk
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup + 1 tsp sugar
2 Sticks butter
3 pkg active dry yeast
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
8+cups flour

Filling
1 stick butter, melted
Brown sugar
White Sugar
Cinnamon

Frosting
1 stick soften butter
Cream or half & half
Powered sugar
Vanilla

Directions:

Follow instructions for Mom's Homemade Bread recipe with the following additions:

1.Add one cup of sugar and additional stick of butter to the warm milk mixture.

2. Lightly whip eggs, add vanilla and add to the milk mixture.

3. Once rolled out flat add generous amounts of melted butter, Brown and white sugars and cinnamon. Roll up into a tight roll and cut 1 1 1/2 to 2 inch rolls. Place onto pans and let rise for approximately 30 minutes.

4. Cool

5. Mix desired amount of soft butter, cream, powdered sugar and dash of vanilla together into slightly thick but runny consistency. Drizzle generously over cinnamon rolls.

At Christmas time mom always added chopped nuts and maraschino cherries on top.
