Brown 1 cup sugar in iron skillet
2 cups sugar
¾ cup milk
½ stick butter
2 cups toasted pecans (toast pecans in 2 Tablespoons Butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 cup sugar in iron skillet set aside. Mix 2 cups sugar and milk in saucepan and bring to boil. Mix in brown sugar mixture in iron skillet and add butter. Bring to boil until reaches soft ball stage. Take off heat and let stand 5 minutes. Beat 5 minutes. Add toasted pecans. Drop onto wax paper with teaspoon.
