8 oz cream cheese
6 oz crab meat (1 can well drained)
2 Tbsp soft bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
2 pinches garlic powder
⅛ tsp tabasco
pinch pepper

1 package wontons (usually in salad part of grocery store)

Dip
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup plum jam or jelly
¾ tsp dry mustard
⅛ tsp tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for filling together.
Place a spoonful of mixture in 1 corner of wonton - don't overfill.
Moisten edge of wonton with water.
Fold wonton in half and pinch edges together to seal.
Deep fry wontons in frying pan until just golden.
Serve warm with dipping sauce. Makes 4-5 dozen
