McIntosh apples (peeled and sliced) 1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour / 1 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oats 1 c. brown sugar, packed
¼ tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. baking soda
½ c. butter, melted butter to grease the bottom/sides of the pan

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter bottom and sides of a 9” x 13” pan well. Mix the white sugar, 1 tbsp. flour & cinnamon together and sprinkle over the apples. Combine oats, 1 c. flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda & melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes. *Make sure you have plenty of apple slices in the pan…they shrink a bit as they bake.
