⅓ c. peanut butter
¾ c. powdered sugar
⅓ c. flour
½ c. sugar
⅛ tsp salt
2 c. scalded milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together until mealy and cover bottom of pie shell reserving some for topping.
Cook flour, sugar, salt and milk in double boiler. Stir a small amount of cooked filling with eggs yolks. Combine egg yolks with remaining hot mixture and add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell, top with remaining peanut butter/powdered sugar and refrigerate.
