Ingredients:  
1 pounds hamburger cooked and drained
1 head of cabbage shredded
1 large can V-8 juice
1 large can stewed tomatoes
2 cans diced Rotel
2 cans red beans
2 packages dry Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer one hour uncovered in a large 6 quart kettle. Cook one day, cool and refrigerate. Eat the next day for a better taste.
