cup butter
cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp rum
1 tsp banana extract or flavoring
4-6 bananas
tsp ground cinnamon
Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy skillet melt butter. Add the brown sugar and flavorings. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring often, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbly. Turn off the heat. Slice bananas into the skillet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir gently to mix. Spoon warm banana mixture over ice cream and serve.
