3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp grated nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp salt
1½ cups milk (or ¾ cup half and half and ¾ cup milk)
1½ cups canned pumpkin (1 15oz can)
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 9" pie shells, unbaked
Whipped cream for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400º. In a bowl mix together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt. Add the milk and blend well. Add the pumpkin and butter. Pour the batter into the pie shells (aprox 2 cups for each). Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or less and pie is set. Cool before serving. Serve with dollop of whipped cream.
