3 Potatoes - raw, sliced
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Cup Celery, diced
1 Cup Carrots, sliced
1 Pound Ground Meat, browned and drained
½ Green Pepper, chopped
1 Can Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange in a 1.5 quart dish. Melt margarine and saute onions and peppers. Cover and bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
