1 qt orange juice
1/2 pint (1 cup) - ¾ pt. Lemon juice
1 large pot plain tea - - Strong (1 qt. with 2-3 tea bags, usually black tea)
Stick of cinnamon in hot tea
Sugar to taste

Optional:very good with other juices, mint, etc.
