1 ½ c sugar
1 c buttermilk
½ c Bisquick baking mix
⅓ c margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9" pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
