Ingredients:  
12 tablespoons butter
12 tablespoons flour
6 cups milk
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
10 lbs potatoes, small chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot. Add flour and mix well. Cook a few minutes.
Gradually add milk. Stir until thickened
Add cheese
Bake at 350º 3-4 hours.

Insulate bottom to prevent burning.

This was an annual Easter dinner tradition. This was one of Kristy's favorite recipes. The year that Mom moved down to Florida and the Kelleys made Easter dinner on their own, Kristy called Mom almost in tears that it didn't look right. Mom chuckled, calmed her down and told her to add milk. They ended up coming out perfect!
