3 cups cubed cooked ham
½ lb Cheddar or American cheese, grated
3 cups cubed french bread
3 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
6 eggs
2 cups milk
cheddar cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 13 X 9 – inch pan. Layer ham, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over top. Combine flour and mustard; sprinkle over ham-cheese mixture. Beat eggs, add milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Add cheddar cheese on top (if desired). Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake for 1 hour or until puffy. Makes 8 servings.
