1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Press on ungreased cookie sheet

Combine: 1/2 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Shape into 6 flat patties and coat with flour. Place on (biscuit circle) top with 1 in slice of cheese. Place remaining biscuits (5 circles) over patties. Moisten edges and seal with a fork. Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with Ketchup and a salad.
