2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
fruit (saskatoon berries, strawberries,etc)

Cream Sauce:
½ cup butter
¼ cup milk with flour for thickening
500 ml whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk and eggs together, add flour and salt. Knead dough for several minutes to make a smooth ball. Cover with cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out dough on floured board to ⅛” thickness. Cut dough into 3” squares. Place a heaping tsp. Of berries on each square. Lift up diagonal corners of dough and press edges together to form a triangle. Repeat until all triangles are made.

Drop triangles into a large (3-quart) pot of boiling water. Return water to a boil and cook 5 minutes. If you wish to fry the warenekis, add butter to a frying pan, and cook until brown.

To make cream sauce, brown butter in saucepan. Add whipping cream and milk and flour mixture. Cook to boiling.
