12 oz gruyere cheese
1 lb Jarlsburg cheese
1 clove garlic-pressed
2 T Kirsch (cherry)
3 tsp cornstarch

Add wine to fondue pot and heat
gradually add cheese
bring to a boil
add kirsch and cornstarch mix
add a dash of nutmeg and serve with crusty french bread cubes

Rita always served this at her Christmas Eve parties! She was an incredible hostess and gave a beautiful presentation of her food.

If you dropped a piece of bread in the cheese you had to kiss the one next to you!
