3 chicken breasts
1 - 16 oz can of tomato sauce
1 - 16 oz can of chopped tomatoes with garlic and onion seasonings
2 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of basil
1 Tsp Oregeno
½ Tsp of onion powder
½ Tsp salt
8 oz bag of shredded mozzerla cheese
¼ cup shredded parmesean cheese
8 slices of cheesy texas toast (frozen store bought)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken on high for 6 hours if frozen or 4 to 5 hours if not frozen until it shred easily with all the above ingredients except the cheeses and toast.
Bake the Texas Toast as directed on box.
After chicken is cooked and shredded, serve over the texas toast with the sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.

Easy after work recipe.
