Cookies:
1 c soft butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt

Frosting:(Makes enough for 2 batches of cookies)
2 tbs milk
3 oz cream cheese
2 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pound box of powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla then add flour and salt.

Chill dough slightly. Form one inch balls and make a thumbprint.

Bake at 400 ºF 6-8 minutes.

When cool add frosting to thumb print.
