Crust:
15 oz package refrigerated pie crust
1 tsp flour
1/3 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c dark corn syrup
3 Tbs butter
2 eggs
1/2 chopped pecans

Filling:
1 c hot mild
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c (8 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Topping:
1 c whipping cream
2 Tbs powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
chocolate curls, if desired

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie using 9 inch pie plate. Heat oven to 350ºF.
In small bowl, beat sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and eggs one minute at medium speed. Fold in pecans. Pour into pie crust-lined pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until center of pie is puffed and golden brown. Cool on wire rack one hour. While crust is cooling make filling: Heat milk in microwave add vanilla and chocolate chips. Let stand to melt and then blend in blender or with a blender wand until smooth and pour over crust and refrigerate 1 1/2 hours until set. In small bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until still peaks and pipe over filling.
