12oz white bread dough (found in freezer section)
¼ cup sliced fresh scallions
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 tbsp olive oil

Defrost and rise dough according to package directions). On an unfloured surface, roll the bread dough out 1" thick. Sprinkle the scallions, parsley, garlic, parmesan, oregano and cheese on top. Drizzle olive oil over all. Roll the dough up as you would a jelly roll. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into medium sized pieces. Heap into a 9" pie pan. Cover with damp cloth and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 45 min depending upon the dough and the weather conditions. Bake in a preheated 400º oven about 25 min or until center is fully baked and golden. Serve warm
