1 1/2 c heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
10 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 c semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

In crock pot, stir together cream, milk, vanilla, and ch chips (add sweetened condensed milk to taste so its not too sweet)
Cover and cook on low for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally until its hot

gets very hot for little ones! be careful
