3 c. à soupe d'huile
4 poireaux lavés et tranchés
3 pommes de terre en cubes
3 c. à soupe de farine
sel et poivre
½ c. à thé de basilic
½ c. à thé d'estragon
½ c. à thé sariette
5 tasses de bouillon de poulet
1 tasse de lait

Directions:
Directions:
Dans une casserole faire chauffer l'huile et faire revenir les poireaux pour 3 minutes.
Ajouter les pommes de terre et faire revenir pour 5 minutes.
Incorporer la farine et mélanger. Ajouter le sel, poivre, basilic, estragon et sarriette.
Aroser de bouillon de poulet et faire cuire 40 minutes (mijoter).
Passez au malaxeur et incorporer le lait.
Servir avec des croutons.
