6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans RoTel (I use mild)
2 cans light red kidney beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
¾ large block Velveeta Cheese ( I used ALL)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts until done, usually about 30 minutes. Cool and shred chicken breasts into large pot. Add RoTel , beans, soup. Stir until hot and bubbly. Serve with a dab of sour cream and chopped green onions on top if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
