5 lbs small red potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c shredded cheese
1 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 c mayo
2-3 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cube potatoe with the skin on. Bake in greased pan with salt and pepper at 425 F. Cool
2. Mix with bacon, cheese, egg and onion.
3. Mix together sour cream, mayo and mustard. Fold into potatoes.
