2c long grain rice
2 cans chopped green chilies with juice
1 pt sour cream
2 small chopped jalapeņo peppers
1/2lb Cheddar/Jack shredded cheese
salt and pepperr

Directions:
Directions:
Cool rice according to pkg directions. Cool and fluff.

Mix into rice the chillies, peppers and sour cream, salt and pepper.

Pour into greased casserole dish and cover with Cheddar/Jack cheese.

Bake 30min at 375
