1 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt (course)
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
tsp thyme

Toppings:
Pesto, salt, parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in water, add yeast leave 2 mins. or until bubbles. Pour into large bowl, add of the flour, stir a bit, and add rest of the flour, olive oil, salt, herbs. Mix with wooden spoon until mixed. Put some flour on counter, knead 10 mins. (or until soft). Spread olive oil on bowl, put in dough. Cover with tea towel and place in warm area (not hot). Let rise 1 6 hours. Punch down, spread a cookie sheet greased with olive oil.

Put on toppings. Turn oven to 400 F. Put bread in oven for 10 mins. Then turn. Put in for another 10 mins. (or until bottom is golden brown). Trick: Throw in 5 - 6 ice cubes into the oven (steams bread, very good!)
