c. prunes, chopped up small
8 c. water
c. raisins
c. sugar
1 (12 oz) pkg mixed fruit,chopped up small (dried apples, apricots, peaches)
3-4 T. cornstarch (or flour)
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fruit, water, and sugar for 1 hours on low then add
cornstarch and milk.

Personal Notes:
This is a traditional German Mennonite dried fruit soup,
often served chilled. We usually eat this as a warm side dish with
Wareniki (cottage cheese perogies). This easy, sweet dish could
compliment many meals!
