Ingredients: Marinade: 1 cup plain yogurt 1 TBS lemon juice 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp black pepper 1 TBS fresh ginger (minced) 1 tsp salt 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
Sauce: 1 TBS butter 1 clove garlic 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup heavy cream

Directions:In large bowl combine marinade ingredients. Stir in chicken Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour To grill chicken: Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 5 minutes on each side To pan fry chicken: Dump chicken into pot coated in olive oil. Cook, stirring often, for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside
Make the sauce: In large skillet or pot melt butter Saute garlic for one minute or until fragrant Lower heat and stir in cumin, paprika, and salt Stir tomato sauce and cream Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens (about 20 minutes) Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes Serve over rice |
