2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup shortening

1 egg
1/2 cup ice cold water
1 TSP vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt
Cut in shortening with pastry blender
Set aside
In a small bowl mix together egg, water, and vinegar
Slowly add to flour mixture until it all comes into a ball
