CAKE:
1 box pineapple cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 box instant pudding
12 oz 7-up

ICING:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup crushed drain pineapple
2 T flour
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:

CAKE:
Mix eggs well and add to cake mix, add the oil mix then add 7-up.

Bake at 350 for 55 min
poke top of cake with fork and top with warm icing.


ICING:
Combine all ingredients over low heat stirring until thickened
(may have to add more flour)

Pour over cake while warm.
