Put one piece of cubed steak in egg wash and then transfer it to the flour to coat the meat. Then once the oil is hot, (It will start to pop a little), (You can test this by putting a little water on your hand and splashing the oil with the water, do NOT touch the oil) LOL! (if it pops it is ready.) Carefully put the Cubed Steak in the oil. Repeat these steps. You can probably fit 3 pieces of meat in pan at a time. Let cook about 5 minutes on the first side, then flip the cubed steak carefully and let the other side cook for about another 4 or 5 minutes. Keep doing this until all meat is cooked. ENJOY! |
