Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cubed Steak - 1 small package
Garlic Powder - 1 TBSP
Salt & Pepper 1 TBSP each
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 to 2 cups
Eggs - 4 to 5 depending on how much meat you have
Vegetable Oil.
Water - 1/4 cup

In a bowl you will need to put at least 1 1/2 to 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
Add Salt And Pepper to flour
Add Garlic Powder to Flour

In a Separate bowl, add 4 to 5 eggs with 1/4 cup of water and beat them.

You will need a Frying Pan with enough Vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan so when you add the meat it doesn't cover the top of your meat. Turn heat to Medium High.

Put one piece of cubed steak in egg wash and then transfer it to the flour to coat the meat. Then once the oil is hot, (It will start to pop a little), (You can test this by putting a little water on your hand and splashing the oil with the water, do NOT touch the oil) LOL! (if it pops it is ready.) Carefully put the Cubed Steak in the oil. Repeat these steps. You can probably fit 3 pieces of meat in pan at a time. Let cook about 5 minutes on the first side, then flip the cubed steak carefully and let the other side cook for about another 4 or 5 minutes. Keep doing this until all meat is cooked. ENJOY!
