Notes: This recipe is a re-creation of how I remember Mama Hazel making her southern sweet tea. I can only estimate the amount of sugar she used due to not having her sugar scoop to measure by. All I remember is when she would scoop out the sugar, she would scoop three times!!! Another memory I have is how that she would take her bare hand and scoop out the teabags and give them a good squeeze. She was a hands-on cook in every way and she always had those beautiful hands decorated with her rings! I miss that classy lady so much as I am sure you all do as well!
