½ lb butter, melted
2 c. flour + 4 T.
½ c. powdered sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 T. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 c. flour and powdered sugar together. Add melted butter and press into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Mix eggs, lemon juice, sugar, ¼ c. of flour, salt and baking powder together. Pour over the hot crust, bake an additional 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar while still hot. Cool and cut into squares.
