½ lb spinach, washed & torn
1lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
salt & pepper
¾ head of shredded iceberg lettuce
1 bag frozen peas
1 red onion, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. salad dressing
2 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
In a large rectangular container, spread spinach. Distribute bacon evenly and top with egg slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with shredded lettuce, scatter peas, and top with onion slices. Mix mayo and salad dressing, then spread evenly over the onion layer; top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
