cheddar cheese

Cut hot dogs lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Cut cheese into slices same length as hot dogs and about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.

In a frying pan place hotdogs flat side down and brown.
Once brown turn over and place cheese into the middle of the sliced open hotdog.
Continue cooking till cheese is slightly melted.

Place in bun, top with favorite condiments and enjoy!
