Coffee Cake

1 box of yellow cake mix (18.5oz)
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4oz)
1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix (3.4oz)
4 eggs, beaten
½ c. oil
1 c. water
¾ c. brown sugar
3 T. cinnamon
¾ c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350º. Blend together cake mix, pudding mixes, eggs, oil and water. Combine ¾ c. brown sugar, 3 T. cinnamon and ¾ c. pecans in a small bowl. Sprinkle some of the pecan mix into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan or bundt pan. Pour half of the batter into the greased pan. Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture evenly over the batter. Add more brown sugar and cinnamon if desired. Pour remaining batter evenly over mixture. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Cool completely.
 

Glaze

1 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. nuts
powdered sugar

For the icing: mix together cinnamon, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, nuts and enough powdered sugar to thicken. Drizzle on cake.
