2 cups scalded milk
1 cup sugar
2 sq. soft margarine
10 cups flour (approx)
3/4 T salt
6 eggs beaten
1 cup warm water
3 T yeast
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk to sugar and margarine. Beat eggs. Add yeast and 1 tsp sugar to warm water. When margarine and sugar are dissolved, add egg and dissolved yeast. Fill sifter with flour and salt. Beat enough flour in to make a smooth soft dough. Put the dough into greased bowl Let rise until double in bulk. Shape and let rise again. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Roll out to 1/2" thick and cut with a #3 can, let rise again and Bake. Spread top of buns with beaten egg and cover with sesame seeds or poppy seeds, or leave plain.
