Dissolve for about 10 minutes: 1 pkg dry yeast in
1 cup water (warm)
Add:
1/4 cups salid oil
6 T sugar
Stir together and add:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
Mix well and add:
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until well blended. Cover and place in refrigerator to rise. May be kept in refrigerator about 4 days. Remove and let rest 1/2 hour, then shape as desired. Place on a greased cookie sheet and let rise to about double.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes

Note: For quick rising, let rolls rise at room temperature until double.

To make "Brown and serve: rolls: Bake rolls at 325º until cooked through but not browned, (About 15 minutes) Store in refrigerator or freezer until needed. To brown place in oven at 350º for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
