Pig Feet (I prefer the fresh)
Onions
Bell Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Red pepper (optional)
Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a heavy duty cooking pot. Fill with water. Chop onions, celery and bell pepper add to pot. Add seasoning. Cover with lid, cook on medium low until meat is tender.
About two hours.
