Cranberry Orange Bread Recipe

3/4 C Sugar
Zest of 2 oranges

1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

3/4 C buttermilk
1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs
1 T orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C cranberries coated in flour

Glaze: 1/4 C powdered sugar, 1 1/2 T orange juice, 1 tsp zest

Whisk zest with sugar.

Whisk wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries

Allow bread to cool 20 minutes, then glaze.

Bake at 350 in a 9x5 bread pan 1 hr 20 minutes
