˝ pound steak tips
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
˝ cup melted margarine or butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
˝ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
white rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into 1 inch cubes. Sauté garlic in hot oil. Add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to meat. Cover and simmer over low heat on the top of the range or bake in a 350° oven for one hour, or until meat is tender. Serve hot, over fluffy rice. Serves four.
