1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups biscuit baking mix
6 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted
4 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl, beat eagle brand, peanut better, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill until mixture is easy to roll. Shape into a 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 min or until lightly browned (do not overbake). Cool. Combine melted chocolate and vegetable oil. Partially dip cookies into warm chocolate and vegetable oil. Partially dip cookies into warm chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper lined baking sheets. Chill until firm. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
