2 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. rhubarb
3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and crush strawberries; place in a saucepan. Thinly slice rhubarb and add to strawberries. Add sugar and stir with wooden spoon. Cook on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Place in jars and let stand for 24 hours. Freeze.

1 batch is approximately 1 quart strawberries, which makes 2-15 oz. jars. Do not make more than 2 batches at a time.
