c butter
1 c flour
4 eggs
1 c boiling water
t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter in water. Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg, until mixture is smooth.
Drop from a Tablespoon 2 inches apart on tp a greased baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven (400) for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan with a spatula and cool on rack.
When completely cool, cut sides of each puff and fill with vanilla or lemon pudding. Use any type of (chocolate) icing.
