1 3/4 cups chocolate cookie or graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
For filling:

6 squares (6 ounces) sweet baking chocolate
2 eggs
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
2 packages (250 grams each) cream cheese, cubed and softened
2 squares baking chocolate for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven 325 degrees.

For crust, combine cookie, cookie crumbs, sugar and margarine in a 9 inch pie plate or spring-form pan until well mixed. Press into pie plate or onto bottom and 1 1/4 inches up sides of pan.

For filing, melt chocolate. Blend eggs, corn syrup, cream and vanilla in blender until smooth. Gradually add cream cheese, blending until smooth. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour into crust. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until firm. Cool on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate.

Just before serving, melt 2 squares of chocolate in small microwave safe bowl on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute.

Remove from microwave. Stir until completely melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over top over top of cheesecake.
