1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (375g)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat. In large mixing bowl, combine pretzel sticks and nuts; stir in chocolate mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined baking sheets; chill 2 hours or until firm. Store, loosely covered, in cool, dry place.

Microwave:

In 2 quart glass measure, combine chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Proceed as above.
