3 c sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1/2 c butter (1 stick)

Topping
1 c brown sugar packed
1/2 c melted butter (1 stick)
1 c flour
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix topping ingredients brown sugar, butter, flour and nuts. Mix other ingredients and put in greased rectangle casserole dish. Sprinkle topping over top.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
