1 c water
1/2 c butter (1 stick)
1 c sifted flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and butter in a sauce pan. Stir in flour. Stir constantly until mixture leaves pan and forms into a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Beat eggs in one at a time until smooth. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes for large puffs or 30 minutes for small puffs. Cut off tops and scoop out centers. Fill with pudding or whipped cream.
