Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
⅓ c. flour
Salt & pepper.
1 c. chicken broth
1½ c. milk
1½ c. cooked rice. (I just use instant rice).
1½ to 2 c. cooked chicken. (Cut into chunks.)
However many chopped up carrots that you like.

Casserole dish

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour to make a paste. Salt & pepper to taste.
Stir in chicken broth & milk. Boil & stir for one minute.
Add cooked rice.
Add cooked chicken.
Add however many chopped up carrots that you like.
Pour into a casserole dish & bake for 40-45 min. at 350ºF.

I usually put the lid on or some foil until the last few minutes & then take it off so the top can get a little bit browned.
