2 packages of frozen spinach thawed
2 cups of Pepperidge Farms Herbed Stuffing Mix crushed
2 medium onions chopped fine
1/2 cup of celery chopped fine
4 eggs beaten
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into bite size balls and bake for 20 mins. @350. These can also be frozen before baking.
